Whether you’re calling for yourself, a loved one, or have been referred by your physician, hospital, assisted living community, or case manager, our team will guide you through the next steps and answer any questions.
Insurance Verification
We verify your insurance benefits, explain any coverage or out-of-pocket costs, and obtain any required authorizations. We proudly accept Medicare Part B and most major PPO insurance plans. If you have questions about your coverage, our team is here to help.
SCHEDULING
We’ll match you with the therapist who best fits your needs and location. Your therapist will personally contact you to schedule your initial evaluation and coordinate a treatment schedule that works for you. Most patients are seen twice per week, per discipline, depending on their individual needs and insurance coverage.
INITIAL EVALUATION
Your first visit is a comprehensive evaluation, typically lasting 30–60 minutes. During this appointment, your therapist will assess your current abilities, identify areas of need, discuss your goals, and develop a personalized plan of care tailored to help you achieve the best possible outcomes.
PERSONALIZED TREATMENT
From there, therapy comes to you. There’s no need to travel to a clinic or worry about transportation—our licensed therapists provide one-on-one care in the comfort of your home. Simply be available for your scheduled visits and communicate with your therapist if anything changes.
PROGRESS UPDATES
Throughout your care, we continually monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed. We also provide regular progress reports and updates to your referring physician to ensure everyone involved in your care stays informed.
Discharge
Once you’ve achieved your therapy goals or reached your highest practical level of function, your therapist will complete a final assessment and determine if you’re ready for discharge. If additional services would benefit you, we can coordinate a seamless transition to another discipline—such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy—to ensure you continue receiving the care you need.
Home Exercise Program
Before completing therapy, your therapist will provide you with a personalized Home Exercise Program (HEP) designed specifically for your needs. These exercises and recommendations help you maintain your progress, improve long-term outcomes, and continue building strength, mobility, and independence after therapy has ended.

I have been receiving OT and PT from Kinetic Home Therapy for several months after experiencing a broken knee and femurs following a fall. After meeting with the owner, Kevin, a few times. I began to see Josh for OT twice a week. It is clear that this company provides quality care and expertise for recovery and rehabilitation needs. Besides receiving much-needed physical assistance to be restored to my baseline, I have received unlimited encouragement and kindness from Josh, and Kevin as well since they have been in the position of providing documentation for insurance in many different ways that are time-consuming. I highly recommend this group, especially because when it has been impossible to leave the house to receive OT and PT, they have been flexible and available to assist with a wide range of services and kindnesses. Even my dog loves them!
I have a great experience with kinetic home therapy. I am a caregiver and Anisha ,the occupational therapist who comes to treat Giorgio is very good. She is caring, friendly and gives proper therapy to him. His strength became better after in hospital . He is walking better and does good exercise. I recommend her to everyone.

I cannot recommend Kinetic Home Therapy highly enough, especially Kevin and Josh. My 85 year old mother came home after nearly nine weeks in the hospital completely bedbound. In just three weeks of working with Kevin and Josh, she has gained significant strength and is now up and out of bed, which is a HUGE accomplishment for her and our family. Beyond the excellent therapy and exercises, what truly sets them apart is their kindness, compassion, and genuine care. After such a difficult hospitalization, they treated my mother with patience, encouragement, and dignity every visit. We are incredibly grateful and recommend Kinetic Home Therapy without hesitation.
