Implementing
Therapeutic exercises, activities to improve motor skills, sensory integration techniques, cognitive training, and psychosocial interventions.
Monitoring Progress
Through observations, measurements, functional assessments, and feedback from the individual. The treatment plan may be adjusted or modified to ensure it remains effective and aligned with the individual’s needs.
Education & Training
On adaptive techniques, strategies and self-management approaches. This empowers the individual to independently carry out daily activities and manage their conditions effectively.
Transition & Maintenance
The focus of therapy may shift towards transitioning to independent functioning, providing tools for long-term maintenance. Work together to develop strategies for maintaining progress outside of therapy sessions.
Follow Up & Discharge
After achieving the desired outcomes OR reaching a plateau in progress, a final evaluation is conducted and determines if the individual is ready for discharge. Follow up sessions or periodic evaluations may be recommended to ensure continued success.

I have a great experience with kinetic home therapy. I am a caregiver and Anisha ,the occupational therapist who comes to treat Giorgio is very good. She is caring, friendly and gives proper therapy to him. His strength became better after in hospital . He is walking better and does good exercise. I recommend her to everyone.

Kinetic Home Therapy has been a blessing for our family. After a long-term hospitalization, our mother was unable to return to independent living.
