Founder, CEO & Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
Kevin Greenfield is the founder and CEO of Kinetic Home Therapy Services, where his vision for compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitation has helped establish Kinetic as one of Northern New Jersey’s trusted providers of in-home therapy.
Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from William Paterson University before completing his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at American International College (AIC). Inspired by the growing need for personalized home-based rehabilitation during the COVID-19 pandemic, he founded Kinetic with a mission of delivering outpatient-quality therapy in the comfort of home.
As both a practicing Occupational Therapist and CEO, Kevin continues to lead the company’s clinical vision while working closely with physicians, hospitals, assisted living communities, and families to ensure every patient receives exceptional, individualized care.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and cheering on the New York Giants and New York Yankees.
JOEY DELLAPI
Marketing & Operations Lead
Joey Dellapi serves as the Marketing & Operations Lead at Kinetic Home Therapy Services, overseeing the company’s operations, marketing, branding, and business development initiatives. He focuses on creating efficient systems, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the experience for patients, physicians, and referral partners.
A graduate of The University of Alabama with a degree in Marketing & Advertising, Joey has played a key role in Kinetic’s growth by developing the company’s branding, website, marketing collateral, and operational processes that support exceptional patient care and organizational success.
Outside of work, Joey enjoys playing and coaching hockey, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. His passion for innovation and continuous improvement helps drive Kinetic’s ongoing growth.
LINDSEY DONAHUE
Patient Intake & Care Coordination
Lindsey Donahue serves as Kinetic Home Therapy Services’ Patient Intake & Care Coordinator, ensuring every patient experiences a smooth and welcoming transition into therapy. She coordinates referrals, verifies insurance benefits, schedules evaluations, and serves as one of the first points of contact for patients, families, physicians, and referral partners.
With more than 15 years of healthcare experience, Lindsey has held leadership roles in patient services, clinical operations, and practice administration with organizations including Fox Rehabilitation and Bedrock Healthcare at Home. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health & Physical Education from Rowan University and is committed to providing exceptional service from every patient’s very first phone call.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys pickleball, tennis, running, cycling, spending time with family, and is a lifelong Philadelphia Phillies fan.

At Kinetic Home Therapy Services, our team is made up of highly skilled Doctors of Physical Therapy (DPT), Licensed Occupational Therapists (OTR/L), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA), and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) who are passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
Our therapists come from a wide variety of clinical backgrounds and specialties, bringing diverse experience in orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance disorders, fall prevention, cognitive rehabilitation, and speech and swallowing disorders. This diversity allows us to thoughtfully match each patient with the therapist best suited to their individual needs and recovery goals.
